44kp Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "44kp", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 44kp platform and website accessible at 44kp.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a 44kp account or is accessing the 44kp platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the 44kp platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the 44kp website, mobile-optimised web application, and all gaming, betting, and financial services accessible through 44kp.net.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 44kp Account using a supported payment method, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account by 44kp subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Gaming Services" means casino games, live dealer games, slot games, fishing games, crash games, and any other games of chance or skill offered on the 44kp Platform.
• "Betting Services" means sports betting markets offered on the 44kp Platform, including cricket, PSL, international sports, and other events.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and address verification, conducted by 44kp in accordance with international compliance requirements.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 44kp Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under international licensing standards applicable to the 44kp Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and are acting solely on your own behalf.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You do not currently hold another 44kp Account, whether open, suspended, or closed.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, or officer of 44kp or any affiliated entity, nor a family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 44kp management.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register administered by 44kp or any gaming regulatory authority to which 44kp is subject.

44kp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 44kp may result in Account suspension or closure. Any Real Money Balance held in a closed Account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method subject to identity verification being completed.

To access Gaming Services and Betting Services on 44kp, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify 44kp promptly of any changes to your registered details.

Each Player may hold only one Account. 44kp will take measures to detect duplicate registrations and may use shared device information, payment method fingerprinting, and identity document matching for this purpose. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 44kp reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to retain any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44kp Account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 44kp shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 44kp support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. 44kp will suspend the Account pending investigation. All bets placed and transactions completed using your credentials prior to notification of unauthorised access will be considered valid unless 44kp determines through investigation that they were fraudulently placed.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 44kp Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 44kp accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in your Account's banking section. Minimum and maximum limits may be adjusted from time to time at 44kp's discretion.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your Account will be credited to your Real Money Balance within the timeframe stated at the point of transaction. Where a deposit is delayed due to network or banking partner issues, 44kp is not responsible for the delay but will take commercially reasonable steps to resolve the matter promptly. Players experiencing deposit issues should contact 44kp support via live chat.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. 44kp may request identity documents including a government-issued CNIC, proof of mobile number ownership, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds, or to a verified bank account in your name, at 44kp's discretion.
• Any Bonus Balance subject to active wagering requirements is not withdrawable until those requirements have been met in full.
• 44kp reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests at any time, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if enhanced verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days subject to verification status. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your bank or mobile wallet provider.

44kp operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to demonstrate genuine gaming activity. Deposits and immediate full withdrawal without gaming activity may be declined or subject to additional investigation.

44kp offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to these general Bonus Terms alongside the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general Bonus Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are issued to a Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details and must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the Real Money Balance.
• Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, wagers will generally be deducted from the Real Money Balance first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may carry game-type restrictions — certain bonuses may not be used on live casino tables, specific slot titles, or sports betting markets. These restrictions are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 44kp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited in error, including cases of technical malfunction, and to reverse any related winnings.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting 44kp support. Players who have opted out will not receive promotional credits automatically.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting errors, or using strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

44kp's promotional terms are designed to be transparent and straightforward. If you have any question about the terms of a specific promotion, please contact support before accepting the bonus.

All bets and game rounds placed on the 44kp Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Betting market rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.

General Betting Rules:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the 44kp system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where permitted by in-play cash-out functionality where available.
• 44kp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to human or technical error. Players will be notified and the staked amount returned to their Real Money Balance.
• In-play betting markets are subject to time delays and connectivity constraints. 44kp is not liable for bets that were not confirmed by the system due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Maximum single-bet and aggregate winnings limits apply across all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting sections. 44kp reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits on Players whose betting patterns indicate sharp or professional betting activity.
• Cricket betting markets including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 series are subject to specific cricket betting rules regarding abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and official result determination.

Gaming (Casino/Slots) Rules:

• All casino games available on 44kp use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a technical fault, the round will be resolved based on server-side game state records. 44kp's records are the authoritative source of game outcome data.
• Live dealer game rules are administered by the live dealer studio providers. Disputes regarding live game outcomes should be submitted through 44kp support, who will liaise with the studio provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kp Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. In addition to account closure and forfeiture of balances, 44kp may report instances of suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus exploitation, avoiding account limits, or circumventing a self-exclusion.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds that would constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other Players in any live game, poker product, or tournament to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes that result in an artificial advantage. Players who identify such errors must report them to 44kp support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Placing bets on events in which the Player has advance knowledge of the outcome or is in a position to influence the outcome.
• Conducting any form of chip dumping in live casino games or deliberately losing funds to another Account.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform that are not publicly available, including administrative interfaces, APIs, or game server infrastructure.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age or identity during KYC verification.

44kp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where 44kp has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or is otherwise compromised.
• The Player has provided false registration or KYC information.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary through 44kp or imposed by a regulatory body.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a financial crime, fraud, or compliance risk to 44kp.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach — including bonus abuse, fraud, or underage gambling — 44kp reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance. Where no breach is confirmed, the Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method on file.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 44kp support. Where a voluntary closure request is made with a positive Real Money Balance, 44kp will process a withdrawal of that balance to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

44kp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates the following tools for every Account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits through their Account Settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours following the request. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Limits: Players may set time-based session limits after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may impose a temporary access restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but gaming and betting access is suspended. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 44kp Platform at any time by contacting support. A permanent self-exclusion closes the Account and prevents re-registration for a minimum period. Real Money Balance will be returned following identity verification. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

44kp staff are trained to identify behavioural indicators of problem gambling. Where staff identify such indicators, they may proactively reach out to the Player and, if necessary, apply account restrictions without the Player's request. 44kp may refer Players to external responsible gaming support organisations where appropriate.

All content on the 44kp Platform — including but not limited to the 44kp brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all associated intellectual property rights — is the property of 44kp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44kp Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from 44kp.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any source code from 44kp software or game engines.
• Use any 44kp branding, trademarks, or intellectual property in any public communication, social media post, or commercial context without written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the 44kp Platform on any other website or application.

44kp respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that any content on the 44kp Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44kp shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, even if 44kp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 44kp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The 44kp Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 44kp makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

44kp collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a 44kp Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

44kp collects personal data including your name, date of birth, national identity number, contact details, payment information, and gameplay data for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. Data is stored on secure servers and protected by appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

44kp may share personal data with third-party service providers who support Platform operations — including payment processors, game providers, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services — under data processing agreements that require those parties to maintain equivalent data protection standards.

44kp will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to 44kp's legal and regulatory data retention obligations.

44kp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or game availability — 44kp will provide notice to Players via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications, corrections, or formatting changes that do not materially affect Player rights — notice may be provided by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and the effective date will be immediate upon publication.

Your continued use of the 44kp Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 44kp support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 44kp Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which 44kp operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 44kp regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, or any aspect of your Account or gaming activity, you should contact 44kp support in the first instance. 44kp is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.

44kp will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached directly, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated under 44kp's operating licence, whose decision will be binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legal rights pending resolution of a dispute.
